Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to orders placed at Evergood Edit, operated by R&M Private Equities. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, if we sent the wrong item, or if a shipment we confirm as not delivered does not reach you, contact us and we will resolve it at no cost to you. Where possible, you may choose a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid for that item. In most cases we will not ask you to send the item back. If we do need the item returned, we will provide return instructions and cover the return postage.

Please contact us as soon as you can after you notice the problem. A photo of the item, packaging, or label helps us resolve your request faster, but it is not a reason we will refuse a valid request.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible.

• Request a return by emailing us before sending anything. We will reply with return instructions and the return address for your case.

• Please ship the item within 14 days after we send return instructions.

• You are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

• Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, we issue the refund within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. For other approved requests, we issue the refund within 7 business days after we approve it. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no cost before it has been fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible; if your order has already been fulfilled, you can use the return options above.
