Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Evergood Edit website and your purchases from it. The store is operated by R&M Private Equities ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

1. Online store

Orders and payments are handled through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may appear differently on different screens. If an item you receive does not match its description, our Refund and Returns Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order, and you may cancel for a full refund. We will not charge you more than the total you approved at checkout.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by any warranties provided by law, including implied warranties where applicable. Except for those, and to the extent permitted by law, we do not make additional warranties beyond what is stated on the product page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

10. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, design, and our own photography, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reuse it commercially without permission.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

12. Disputes

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact your local consumer protection agency or bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive your right to participate in a class action where that right exists under law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted. The version in effect when you placed an order applies to that order.
