Shipping Policy

Evergood Edit is operated by R&M Private Equities.

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international addresses. If your address is outside our shipping area, checkout will not offer shipping to it.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge for your order, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships

Unless a different time is stated on the product page or at checkout, we will ship your order within 30 days after you place it. Your order is fulfilled by our supplier partners from warehouse stock. When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation and tracking information when it is available.

If your order is delayed

If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will notify you promptly before that time passes, give you a revised shipping date if we have one, and offer you the choice to cancel your order for a full and prompt refund. We will ask you to agree to a revised shipping date. If you do not agree to the delay, or we cannot provide a revised date, we will cancel the unshipped part of your order and issue a prompt full refund.

If you cancel because of a delay, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows no delivery, or a package shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us. Once we confirm the shipment did not reach you, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us right away; we can update the address only before the order is fulfilled.
